Fulfill your dreams of nursing! High School Seniors must apply their Junior year for their Senior year and can have a professional career only 9 months after graduation; adults can complete the program in 18 months (2- 9 month periods).
The pre-clinical year (first 9 months) is classroom and nursing skills lab work only. All students attend classes 2 1/2 hours per day. High school seniors earn 3 credits for successful completion and also satisfy a sequential elective requirement.
The clinical year (second 9 months) combines class work and clinical application in hospitals, nursing homes and physician's offices throughout Prince William County. It requires 7-8 hours per day the entire 9 months. Upon completion of the nursing program, your diploma allows you to take the National Certification Exam for Licensed Practical Nurses.
Our program has one of the highest Nursing Board pass-rates in Northern Virginia for LPNs.
